Four PC games are free to claim and keep across Steam, GOG, and Amazon Prime Gaming right now. Whether you're in the mood for 1990s-style pixel horror or a quiet evening scrubbing dirt off fantasy trinkets, there's plenty to grab before the weekend wraps up.
Steam

Asleep - Act 1 is a 2D psychological survival horror adventure from Brazilian studio Black Hole Games. Originally released in May 2024 and set in 1990s Northeast Brazil, it follows a girl named Ana Lúcia as she uses a flashlight and classic point-and-click puzzle mechanics to survive a shifting nightmare world where staying in the dark erodes her sanity. You can add it to your Steam library for free until November 2 at 18:00 UTC, and I'm curious to see how well its 2D pixel art handles the tension of a genre usually dominated by 3D cameras.
GOG
Daedalic Entertainment's A New Beginning: Final Cut is a traditional point-and-click eco-thriller that first launched in 2010 before getting this updated edition in December 2012. The story pairs a retired bioengineer named Bent Svensson with Fay, a time traveler sent back from a devastated future to prevent a global climate catastrophe, all told through hand-drawn comic book panels and inventory puzzles. It's free to claim DRM-free on GOG until November 2 at 14:00 UTC (just watch out for some of the clunky English voice acting that plagued early Daedalic translations).
Amazon Prime Gaming

If you want something much more relaxed, Trash Goblin is a cozy shopkeeping sim from Spilt Milk Studios where you chip away dirt, wash, and upcycle strange fantasy junk to sell to local customers. It launched in May 2025, and the tactile satisfaction of chiseling grime off buried artifacts looks like a great low-stakes time sink. Prime members can claim it as an Epic Games Store redemption through December 2.

Kiborg swings to the opposite end of the spectrum with a brutal, fast-paced rogue-lite brawler from Sobaka Studio, the developer behind Redeemer and 9 Monkeys of Shaolin. Released in April 2025, it drops you into a sci-fi prison colony where you swap out cybernetic limbs during procedurally generated runs to survive a violent televised game show. It's free to claim for the Amazon Games App with an active Prime subscription until December 2.
All four of these offers are time-limited, particularly the Steam and GOG giveaways expiring on Monday, so make sure to claim them before the windows close.
KIBORG is available on Humble Bundle for $16.24 (35% off).
