October 21st free games roundup

Today's roundup has just one free game available to claim and keep permanently. You can grab a spooky medieval puzzler for your PC library without spending a dime.

IndieGala

Last Room is back in the freebies rotation on IndieGala after an earlier run on the storefront, giving you another shot at a DRM-free PC copy that normally retails for $29.99. Developed by Quantum Forge Studios and originally released in June 2021, this first-person 3D horror adventure traps you inside shadowy medieval chambers where you drag objects around to alter the environment, dodge laser labyrinths, and hunt for hidden items that open portals. The $30 price tag on a small puzzle game seems steep, though for the low price of zero dollars, dodging lasers in a spooky castle sounds like a decent way to kill an afternoon. IndieGala doesn't list an exact expiration date or time for its showcase giveaways, and they tend to disappear without warning once the promotion wraps up.

Since this offer is time-limited and could rotate out at any point, make sure to log into your account and add the game to your library soon so you don't miss out.
