Amazon Prime Gaming and the Epic Games Store launched their early November giveaways on November 5, alongside a wave of indie releases on itch.io. Eight free games and major content bundles are available to claim and play right now across PC and web browsers.

1. WRC Generations

Developed by French studio KT Racing and published by Nacon in 2022, this simulation racer was the studio's final official FIA World Rally Championship game before Codemasters and EA took over the license. It introduced hybrid rally cars to the series, demanding careful battery management and engine mapping alongside traditional loose-surface driving. Amazon Prime members can claim an Epic Games Store copy at no extra cost through December 9, 2026.

2. Squirrel with a Gun

Solo developer Daniel DeEntremont's 2024 sandbox platformer puts you in control of an ordinary neighborhood rodent who happens to find a firearm. The premise is ridiculous on paper, and using weapon recoil to launch a tiny mammal across suburban rooftops makes for surprisingly entertaining physics puzzles. It's free to claim for the Amazon Games App with an active Prime membership until December 9, 2026.

3. Flotsam

Belgian studio Pajama Llama Games built a cheerful survival city-builder set in a flooded post-apocalyptic world where your drifters salvage floating plastic and driftwood to keep their mobile settlement running. The town actually sails across the ocean, letting you steer your entire garbage metropolis around polluted ruins and stranded wildlife instead of sitting on a static map. You can grab it for free on the Epic Games Store until November 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET (8:00 AM PT).

4. Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms

Codename Entertainment's strategy management clicker pulls characters from across the Dungeons & Dragons multiverse into automated formation battles. The base game is always free, and logging in through the Epic Games Store before November 12 at 11:00 AM ET unlocks Morte's Champions of Renown Pack (normally valued at over $100) at no cost. Getting Morte, the wisecracking floating skull from Planescape: Torment, alongside Nordom, three other champions, and 160 Platinum Chests is a great excuse to revisit classic CRPG lore.

5. Ashvale: A Tale of Kai

This single-player fantasy RPG from Veudaimonia crams 18 skills (each leveling all the way up to 999), 29 quests, and 78 interior locations into a three-kilometer world. It clearly channels old-school RuneScape grinding without the subscription fee, letting you chop wood, smith starmetal gear, and sail between harbors right in your web browser. It's permanently free to play on itch.io with no expiration date.

6. Quiet Hours

Matteo Bonvicino released this slow, wordless observation game for All Souls' Day, placing you in front of six real-time CCTV monitors watching six lonely graveyards spaced four hours apart. Almost nothing happens besides passing silhouettes, rolling fog, and the occasional crow, though you can light a virtual candle once every 24 hours and watch the groundskeeper walk out of the chapel to place it. You can play it for free in your desktop browser on itch.io whenever you want a quiet moment.

7. Legion: Immortal Survivors

Created by indie developer Sheep picks its nose, this bullet-heaven survival game pairs top-down horde clearing with a soundtrack featuring composer Alexander Nakarada. It intentionally hides item descriptions so you have to figure out upgrade synergies through trial and error, and I'm curious whether that mystery stays fun after a dozen runs or just makes you wish for a wiki. The game is free to download for Windows and Linux or play directly in your browser on itch.io with no time limit.

8. Heart of the Isle

Four players race toward the center of a fog-covered island while a storm closes in, trying to seize and hold the titular artifact for 30 seconds to win. You can pick from five distinct explorer classes, including an Occultist who slings curses and a Mercenary for hire, or toss bombs into rival fights from the sidelines during 20-minute matches. It's free to play in desktop and mobile browsers on itch.io, complete with bot matches if the multiplayer lobby is quiet.

While the browser games on itch.io aren't going anywhere, the giveaways on Epic and Amazon Prime Gaming operate on strict deadlines, so make sure to claim those before their windows close.
