Nihon Falcom has announced that pre-orders are now open for a new 1/8 scale figure of Agnes Claudel produced in collaboration with Kotobukiya. As detailed in the official announcement, the figure depicts the character in her casual attire from The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki (localized as Trails through Daybreak) and includes her signature Oval Staff.

For collectors who have been following the Trails series since the Bush administration, adding another piece of plastic to the shelf is practically a reflex action. This particular release continues the long-running "Trails Series Figure Project" between the two companies.

Production Details

The figure stands at 1/8 scale and is priced at 24,200 yen (including tax). According to the product listing, the sculpt focuses heavily on the "flow of glossy blonde hair" and the intricate details of her Oval Staff. It is a static PVC figure rather than an articulated figma or action figure.

Pre-orders placed by February 24, 2026, are guaranteed to be fulfilled. Orders placed after that date will only be accepted while supplies last. Given the history of Falcom merchandise, waiting until release day is usually a gamble that ends in paying double on the secondary market.

Store Exclusives

As is standard with Kotobukiya releases, there is a shop-specific bonus. Buyers who purchase through the Kotobukiya Online Shop will receive an alternate "smiling" face part. Standard retailers will stock the regular version without the extra expression.

The Never-Ending Story

Agnes Claudel serves as a primary protagonist in the Calvard arc of the Trails series. While the franchise started back in 2004 with Trails in the Sky, it has since ballooned into a massive interconnected narrative that makes One Piece look concise. Merchandise like this helps keep the lights on at Falcom while they work on the next 100-hour installment.

The figure is currently available for reservation through major hobby retailers and the Kotobukiya online store.
