Two spooky games on the Epic Games Store
The Epic Games Store has two titles up for grabs this week, and they both lean into the spooky side of things. First up is Luto, a first-person psychological horror game about being trapped in your own home with your grief and anxiety. If you prefer your scares with a dose of 1990s nostalgia, Echo Generation: Midnight Edition is a turn-based voxel RPG where a group of kids investigates a supernatural crash. Both of these are free to claim until July 23, 2026.
Three puzzle games on Amazon Prime Gaming
Amazon's mid-July drop is entirely focused on puzzles, adding three new games to the current month's lineup. The highlight is Escape Academy, a brilliant first-person escape room simulator that you can play in co-op. You can also grab FRAMED Collection, which bundles two stylish noir puzzle games where you rearrange comic panels to change the outcome of the story. Finally, Poly Vita offers a more relaxing spatial puzzle experience. All three of these Prime Gaming offers expire on August 19, 2026.
