Good Smile's large-scale Renne figure is up for preorder

Nihon Falcom and Good Smile Company have opened preorders for the POP UP PARADE Renne L size figure, based on her appearance in The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC. The reservation window opened today, May 22, and runs through June 17, 2026, with shipments expected to go out in November.

210 millimeters of plastic

The figure is priced at 9,800 yen (roughly $62 USD). It stands approximately 210mm tall, which places it in Good Smile's L size category. This is a step up from the standard Pop Up Parade line that usually hovers around 170mm. It comes pre-painted with a dedicated base. According to Good Smile, Yokoshima handled the sculpting, and Yukichi provided the paintwork.

You can place a reservation through the official Falcom announcement page, which directs to Good Smile's shop. According to the announcement, buyers who order through the Falcom Dengeki Store instead will receive a special acrylic plate bonus printed with the character's original artwork. The Pop Up Parade line is Good Smile's attempt to offer fixed-pose figures at a lower cost than premium scale statues. The L size variant bumps the scale and the price, but $62 is still relatively accessible for gaming merchandise in 2026.

The Second Chapter

Renne made her debut in Trails in the Sky SC, a game that originally launched for Japanese PCs in 2006 before getting a PlayStation Portable port in 2007. An English localization finally arrived in 2015. SC is a direct continuation of Estelle and Joshua's story. Renne's introduction as an Enforcer for the Ouroboros organization is a massive part of why that game's narrative works so well. She starts as a seemingly innocent child before her incredibly dark backstory unfolds over the course of the Liberl arc.

The timing of this merchandise push aligns with Falcom's current release schedule. The studio released the Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter remake in late 2025. The 2nd Chapter remake is slated to arrive by September 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch. Putting out a high-quality figure of one of the sequel's most important characters right before the remake drops is standard marketing synergy.

Good Smile has been steadily building out its Falcom roster over the last few years. The Pop Up Parade line hits a good middle ground between cheap prize figures and $200 scale statues. The Trails series is notorious for its sprawling cast. Across the Sky, Crossbell, Cold Steel, and Daybreak arcs, there are hundreds of named characters with intertwined histories.

Renne joins a growing lineup of available characters. Good Smile has previously released Pop Up Parade figures of Estelle Bright from the Sky arc and Altina Orion from the Cold Steel games. Having Renne in the larger L-size format means she will tower over the standard-sized Estelle Bright figure. This is a funny visual given her actual age in the game. Preorders close on June 17, giving buyers a few weeks to decide on the purchase.
